| Zarząd MBF Group S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Emitent”, „Spółka”) informuje, że w dniu 2 maja 2025 roku zakończyła się realizacja kontraktu na dostawę białego cukru buraczanego ICUMSA 45, zawartego z kontrahentem mającym siedzibę w Ostrowi Mazowieckiej. Przedmiotem umowy była dostawa łącznie 233 ton cukru. Łączna wartość kontraktu wyniosła około 98.300 EUR (słownie: dziewięćdziesiąt osiem tysięcy trzysta euro), co według średniego kursu NBP z dnia 30 kwietnia 2025 r. (1 EUR = 4,55 PLN) stanowi równowartość około 447.315 PLN (słownie: czterysta czterdzieści siedem tysięcy trzysta piętnaście złotych). Kontrakt został początkowo zawarty w ograniczonym zakresie - jako zamówienie próbne - na dostawę zrealizowaną w dniu 25 kwietnia 2025 roku. Po pozytywnej ocenie jakości towaru przez kontrahenta i skutecznej dostawie próbnej, zrealizowanej 28 kwietnia, kontrahent zdecydował o natychmiastowej kontynuacji i rozszerzeniu zamówienia na pełen wolumen. Dostawa całkowita została wykonana i zakończona w dniu 2 maja 2025 roku. Z uwagi na wysoką dynamikę negocjacji, niepewność co do pełnej realizacji zamówienia oraz fakt, że pojedyncze zamówienie próbne nie miało istotnego wpływu na sytuację finansową ół쾱, Emitent nie publikował wcześniej raportu bieżącego w związku z tą transakcją. Niniejszy raport publikowany jest w związku z zakończeniem realizacji kontraktu, którego wartość - w ocenie Zarządu - może mieć istotne znaczenie dla sytuacji przychodowej Emitenta w perspektywie krótkoterminowej oraz dokumentuje skuteczność wdrażanej przez Spółkę strategii zwiększania wolumenu sprzedaży produktów rolno-spożywczych na rynku krajowym. |

| The Management Board of MBF Group S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the ‘Issuer’, ‘Company’) hereby announces that on 2 May 2025, it completed the performance of a contract for the supply of ICUMSA 45 white beet sugar, concluded with a contractor with its registered office in Ostrów Mazowiecka.The subject of the contract was the delivery of a total of 233 tonnes of sugar. The total value of the contract amounted to approximately EUR 98,300 (in words: ninety-eight thousand three hundred euros), which, according to the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland on 30 April 2025 (1 EUR = 4.55 PLN) is equivalent to approximately PLN 447,315 (in words: four hundred and forty-seven thousand three hundred and fifteen Polish zlotys).The contract was initially concluded on a limited basis - as a trial order - for delivery on 25 April 2025. Following a positive assessment of the quality of the goods by the contractor and the successful trial delivery on 28 April, the contractor decided to immediately continue and extend the order to the full volume. The total delivery was completed on 2 May 2025.Due to the fast pace of negotiations, uncertainty as to the full execution of the order and the fact that a single trial order did not have a significant impact on the Company's financial situation, the Issuer did not publish a current report in connection with this transaction.This report is published in connection with the completion of the contract, the value of which, in the opinion of the Management Board, may be significant for the Issuer's revenue situation in the short term, and documents the effectiveness of the Company's strategy to increase the sales volume of agri-food products on the domestic market. |
