The Board of Directors of Avtech Aviation & Engineering Plc wishes to inform that effective from 27th September 2011, Decagen Limitedd have been appointed to the Board of Directors as a corporate director to provide additional expertise to the Board, as well as the services of non-executive Chairman of the Board.
The appointment was made as a direct replacement to the resignation of Mr. Paul Crowther as Director and non-executive Chairman as of the same date. The appointment has enabled AAE to secure similar expertise and services under an alternative and more beneficial structure.
Legal basis: 3 par. 2 point 11 of the Appendix 3 to the Alternative Trading System Regulations " Current and Periodical Information in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect".
